Shipping  

Retro Kid offers  flat rate shipping prices:

• Standard:* Delivery within 3-5 business days: $7.95
• Expedited:* Delivery within 1-2 business days: $10.95
• International:  $40.00
• Orders over $150 ship free

If a shipment is marked as delivered but was not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

Handling time on all orders is 1-2 business days.

Returns 

We want you to love what you ordered. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

How to initiate a return: Create a customer account HERE to submit your return request. 

Return Deadlines:

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be physically scanned by the carrier within 5 days of delivery
• Items scanned after 5 days are eligible for store credit only
• Items scanned after 10 days are no longer eligible for return or store credit
• Only one return request may be submitted per order

• Returns sent without prior authorization, including returns shipped using a customer-created label, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Multiple-Size Purchases:

Please choose sizing carefully. When the same style and color is purchased in more than one size, any returned sizes from that style are eligible for store credit only. Store credit does not expire.

Shipping & Fees: All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For orders that originally shipped free, the following applies:

• If you are returning the entire order, a $7.95 outbound shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit in addition to return shipping costs
• If you are returning part of your order and the items you are keeping no longer meet the $150 threshold, the $7.95 outbound shipping fee will also be deducted
• If you are returning part of your order and the items you are keeping still meet the $100 threshold, no outbound shipping fee will be deducted

Additionally:

• Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a 5% restocking fee
• Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 2% restocking fee

*All items marked Final Sale or reduced from their original price are not eligible for return or exchange.

RetroKid reserves the right to limit future return privileges in cases of repeated or excessive return activity.
